🧴 DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1. Measure the areas to be treated (waist, buttocks, arms, thighs, legs, etc.).

3. Apply EARTH + OCEAN MINERAL MASK generously to the treatment areas (face and/or body).
4. Wrap the treated areas with elastic cotton bandages or neoprene belts.
5. Leave on for at least 60 minutes to maximize detoxification and firming effects.
6. Remove bandages/belts, rinse with warm water, and re-measure the treated areas to observe reduction.
